All guests of PATRÓN 360° event shall comply with and agree to the rules and terms of participation linked here: (PATRÓN 360 Participant Release and Waiver)
You must be of legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted to attend. No minors will be admitted.
PATRÓN 360° tickets include admittance only for the designated date to the PATRÓN 360° sphere experience and one (1) PATRON® Tequila Ranch Water welcome cocktail. The event will be held on Friday and Saturday in each city. PATRÓN 360° reserves the right to change the cocktail variation (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the venue. All alcohol sales must be purchased prior to 12:45am at the Toronto event and 1:45am at the Montréal event. The event space, PATRÓN 360°, closes daily at 1am in Toronto and 2am in Montréal.
All guests will be required to sign in upon arrival at the PATRÓN 360° venue and provide a government-issued photo ID evidencing you are of legal drinking age.
PATRÓN 360° is a cashless event. Where applicable, additional PATRÓN Tequila cocktails, as well as select non-alcoholic drinks and beverages and food, will be available for purchase via credit or debit card.
Guest Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A confirmation email will be sent at the time of purchase confirming your booked date and time. No cancellations. Tickets will not be refunded if you miss your confirmed time and date.
Rain Check/Refund Policy:
This is a rain or shine event. PATRÓN 360° will not issue rain checks or refunds due to the threat of poor weather or light showers.
Photographer and Videographer Onsite:
There will be photographs and/or video recordings of this event. Your presence constitutes your expressed consent to being photographed and/or videotaped for commercial use by BACARDÍ Canada Inc.
We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. Our trained staff reserve the right to deny entry or service to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, our staff reserves the right to remove any guests whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or discriminatory.
